MARVANATA
Marvanata is composed through a mature concept. The Marvanata label is combination of 3 Sanskrit words. There is 'Madyantar' which means the universe, then 'Lavanya' refers to a greatness. The third word is 'Satwika' with the meaning of mind and soul. The concept was adopted from the ancient Sundanese mythological manuscript, Wawacan Sulanjana.
Marvanata is taken from the contents of Sulanjana's wawacan which tells of Dewi Sri, the fertility goddess. When experiencing a conflict that caused Dewi Sri to be buried in this world, soil and plants flourished including rice and created an elegant world.
Marvanata it self is a cultural, art and literary festival held by SMAN 3 Bandung on Saturday September 7, 2019, at Pusenif Square in Bandung, West Java. Marvanata 2019 present a variety of interesting content that is ready to show. besides music, there are cultural parades, cultural arts shows, indigenous fashion show, and cultural stands.
Marvanata also exhibited extracurricular collaboration. There are Rasukma, Giri Harja, Pamungkas, Vocal Group 3, and Band 3.
Marvanata aslso took the Club Dangdut Racun. Tiloe's Theater, to Keluarga Paduan Angklung 3.
Marvanata is proof of the concern of the millennial generation of the city of Bandung fromthe tradition to the culture of the ancestors.
This wealth will be sustainable because there is a guarantee of the current generation. The tradition and culture are then collaborated with modern colors. With it's uniqueness, Marvanata will be flooded with tourist, especially millennials.
